Sierra Zowada

Sierra is a native Sheridan, WY girl where she grew up with a love of horses and rodeo. She graduated Sheridan High School and attended Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX on a rodeo scholarship, where she ultimately received her BBA in Accounting and a Minor in Business Management. While gaining valuable accounting experience in the oil and gas industry and the sports industry, she also became a registered yoga teacher and taught yoga on the side as her passion in Austin, TX.

Living the big city life was not what she had dreamed, however and soon decided it was time to move back to her hometown where the mountains stand tall, the people are kind, and the western way of life still lives strong. She scored an opportunity to work on the accounting team with Weatherby, Inc. as they were also just moving to Sheridan from their former location in California. After almost three years with them and purchasing her first home, her passion for real estate was not something she could hold back any longer and left her corporate job to pursue helping others with their real estate dreams.

She also met the love of her life when she moved back to Sheridan – a cop from the Cody area with two wonderful boys. As their relationship progressed, they decided it was the right choice to move back to his family’s farm and ranch in Meeteetse, WY where he would take over management of ranching operations, including a 3,000+ head feedlot. The family also farms over 3,000 acres along the Greybull River Valley of a combination of alfalfa, barley, corn, sugarbeets, and an assortment of beans to name a few. In addition to the farm and ranch operations, Sierra is also excited to introduce an equine operation where she will raise and train quarter horse performance prospects.

With this move, Sierra felt it would be the most fitting to team up with a farm and ranch brokerage to continue her real estate career. She chose to be with Chase Brothers, LLC as she had always admired their community involvement, knowledge and marketing techniques. They truly love what they do and she felt that it shows with the care and detail that they put into every product, transaction, and conversation with clients and friends alike. She loved that they were also born and raised Wyoming and stick true to the Cowboy ethics, where there’s a promise kept behind a handshake, integrity with every word and a belief that nothing beats good old fashioned hard work and a get-it-done attitude. She is excited to join the team and assist with the buying and selling of land and ranch properties across Wyoming and especially in the Big Horn Basin.

If you have any questions or are interested in starting your search for your own piece of heaven in Wyoming, please reach out to her any time! She is always available and more than happy to help!

We the People

Upon exiting the Constitutional Convention Benjamin Franklin was approached by a group of citizens asking what sort of government the delegates had created. His answer was: "A republic, if you can keep it."🇺🇸
Let’s 🙏 that we can keep it.
