Family Duplex Cabin

Wyoming High Country Lodge’s main lodge has nice common areas, kitchen and dining rooms with 6 private bath guest rooms. The three family guest cabins, Bear, Elk and Forest all have private baths. There is one family duplex cabin and each unit, Creekside and Timberline, has their own bath. There is one sleeping cabin with no bath which goes by the name Wrangler.

There are two new staff cabins with kithchens. Their location on the premise is depicted in the gallery on page 6. The professional management and excellent staff is in place and ready to stay on. All buildings have their own propane tanks.

Fuel Depot

Wyoming High Country Lodge has exclusive US Forest Service rights to sell fuel for their area of the Forest. Services includes three 4000-gallon gasoline tanks and one 4000-gallon diesel tank. Oversized septic and leach field that includes two 2000-gallon septic tanks plus newly installed leach field capacity for planned expansion and growth that includes RV park. A photo of the RV hookups is included on page 6 of the gallery.

The property has an excellent well that serves the entire property and all its operations delivering, delicious and plentiful water. There are plans in place for additional cabins and RV camp area with hook-ups for water and sewer.
