This ranch has excellent hay production with priority water rights encompassing 525± acres of irrigation under five center pivots, three side roll sprinklers, plus flood irrigation. In addition to the hay production, this ranch has abundant wildlife for your everyday viewing pleasure or big game, upland, and waterfowl hunting opportunities.

It can’t be overstated how beneficial the Powder River and its riparian system are to this ranch.
