Willow Lodge Gathering and Dining Facilities

At the center of the campus is Willow Lodge, the property’s primary gathering space, with an approximate capacity of 180 guests. Willow Lodge includes a 1,711-square-foot dining hall with seating for more than 150 guests, a 1,334-square-foot Fireside Room conference and gathering area, and a fully equipped 725-square-foot commercial kitchen.

The commercial kitchen includes serving and dining ware, allowing the property to support large meals, events, retreats, and group functions without requiring a new owner to start from scratch.

Lodging for More Than 150 Guests

Willow Hollow offers sleeping accommodations for more than 150 guests, including bunk-style lodging for approximately 141 occupants and a fully equipped guest cabin accommodating an additional 10 guests.

Pine Lodge, a dormitory-style facility, provides approximately 2,700 square feet across two levels and sleeping accommodations for approximately 75 guests. Additional residential improvements include a caretaker residence, a 1,600-square-foot director’s residence, a 1,400-square-foot facilities manager’s residence, and multiple guest cabins located throughout the property.

Recreation, Chapel, and Outdoor Gathering Areas

Designed for both recreation and large-scale gatherings, Willow Hollow includes a 1,711-square-foot chapel, an 840-square-foot chapel annex and climbing room, an outdoor amphitheater with log seating for more than 150 guests, fire rings, outdoor gathering areas, large indoor meeting spaces, and audio/visual equipment.

Workshop facilities, support buildings, and established infrastructure help support efficient operation of the campus for seasonal or year-round use.

Established Mountain Infrastructure

The property is supported by a spring-fed potable water system with on-site distribution, electricity throughout the camp, and a backup camp-wide generator. Facilities include hot showers, flushing toilets, and multiple heating systems, including propane forced air, coal, and wood heat.

This existing infrastructure is an important part of what makes Willow Hollow such a rare offering. The property is already developed for group use, with the core systems and facilities needed to support lodging, dining, recreation, and events.
